ASCO was tasked to design and construct a $2 million dollars base building addition to an existing commercial/light industrial building. The 20,000 square feet addition involved conventional foundations and footings, conventional structural steel for the main building frame and prefabricated concrete panels for the finished exterior cladding. The interior space was divided in two retail space, one of which ASCO was awarded the tenant fit-up for Fastenal Company.
