ASCO completed a 33,000 sq. ft. high-end interior fit-up for the Telus Contact Center, located on the 17th floor of the Sun Life Building in Montreal.

The project involved full demolition of the existing space followed by a complete rebuild, incorporating unique architectural elements such as panelized ceilings, custom millwork, and modern employee amenities including a cafeteria and games room.

Construction was phased to allow early occupancy, which was successfully achieved despite design adjustments during the project. Logistical challenges included restricted elevator access and limited staging space at street level, requiring detailed planning and coordination.
