Following a fire that destroyed the original building, ASCO was awarded the turnkey reconstruction of the Lombardi Restaurant in downtown Montreal.

The project required navigating tight urban site constraints, including limited access, coordination with municipal authorities, and management of public space. ASCO secured special permits, coordinated traffic, and implemented just-in-time material delivery to minimize disruption.

Creative construction methods and detailed planning enabled the successful delivery of this complex urban rebuild.
