ASCO acted as Construction Manager for this major dealership expansion and retrofit under GM’s Image Enhancement Program.

Over a six-month period, and while the facility remained operational, ASCO added 8,000 sq. ft. of new space and renovated an additional 8,000 sq. ft. The project included showroom expansion, new service bays, and a drive-thru garage.

Strong coordination, local subcontractor collaboration, and a design-build approach enabled timely delivery and seamless integration between new and existing spaces.
