ASCO delivered this LEED Gold-certified Administration and Maintenance Building at the Lakeview Water Treatment Plant in Mississauga.

The project included new construction and retrofit work to existing facilities, integrating sustainable design features such as a green roof, radiant heating and cooling systems, solar hot water, and an advanced building automation system.

The building was uniquely constructed over an existing in-ground reservoir, which was repurposed as a mechanical room and underground parking.
