The Grand Theatre is Kingston’s primary performing arts venue, hosting a wide range of events including theatre, dance, and musical performances. ASCO successfully completed two phases of construction for this $12.4M project.

The work began with demolition and extensive renovations to the heritage structure. The second phase included major structural and masonry upgrades, installation of a new stage, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and new seating throughout the theatre.

This project required a careful balance between preserving the building’s historic character and integrating modern performance infrastructure, resulting in a revitalized cultural landmark.
