ASCO completed the construction of this 26,000 square foot automotive dealership, delivering a modern facility designed to meet Toyota’s corporate standards and enhance the customer experience.

The project included a full-service dealership layout featuring an eight-vehicle showroom, eight service bays, two wash bays, a service drive-thru, a rust-proofing bay, and administrative offices supported by a structural steel mezzanine. The surrounding site development was also completed as part of the scope.

Built to align with Toyota’s Corporate Image Program, the facility required strict adherence to brand standards, quality requirements, and performance expectations. Careful coordination and attention to detail ensured every element, from layout to finishes, met those specifications.
