As part of the GM 2000 Image Enhancement Program, Laplante Motors Chevrolet Oldsmobile hired ASCO Construction as Construction Managers to undertake this major addition and retrofit project.

In the span of six months, while the dealership remained fully operational, ASCO added 8,000 square feet to house part of the new showroom and the mechanics bays, as well as a four door drive-thru garage. The existing 8,000 square feet of space was expertly revamped and seamlessly integrated with the new addition.

Stellar local subcontractors, excellent job site coordination, and a design-build approach permitted the completion of this complex interior retrofit in a timely fashion to the full satisfaction of the Owner.
