This renovation centre was a design build project managed by ASCO Construction Ltd. It involved the construction of a new retail building and the demolition of two existing facilities, including surrounding site improvement, all while maintaining access to the existing store on site.

The store included 6,000 square feet of sales area, one large back store, 3,500 square feet of interior storage or a total of 14,000 square feet plus a mezzanine level for administrative offices.

This project featured a 129’ long by 24’ wide service drive-thru, enabling clients to pickup their animal feed and grains.
